SINGLE BARREL SELECTION
S.B.S Jamaica 2007 comes from a single cask, which yielded 241 bottles. It is a molasses based rum, which is distilled by Monymusk in 2007 and bottled in Denmark in September 2018. S.B.S Jamaica 2007 matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel and received a second maturation in a pedro ximinez barrel.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Complex aromas of exotic fruits, ripened bananas and spice mix with a hint of tobacco.
Palate: Very complex with notable PX influence. Fruity in the beginning, ending in typical Jamaican funkyness reminding of rubber and gasoline.
