SINGLE BARREL SELECTION
S.B.S Brazil 2011 comes from a single cask, which yielded 264 bottles. The rum is based on both, molasses and fresh sugar cane juice and has been distilled at Epris Distillery in 2011. S.B.S Brazil 2011 was bottled at cask strength at 56,7% ABV. In February 2020 the rum was bottled in Denmark. This is the first pure Single Barrel Selection expression from Brazil.

Nose
Pleasant aromas of chocolate and nuts with a pinch of cinnamon.
Palate
Beginning with heavy notes of leather and tobacco turning into a fruity finish reminding of fermented apples and quince.
