S.B.S Mauritius 2008 comes from a single cask, which yielded 281 bottles. It is a molasses based rum, which is distilled at Grays Distillery in 2008 and bottled in Denmark in September 2018. S.B.S Mauritius 2008 matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel and received a second finish in a Port cask. Grays & Co Ltd was founded in 1931 and is the leader in the production of spirits derived from sugarcane in Mauritius today

Nose
Strong hints of nail polish in the beginning followed by ripened and pickled pears, almond cake and fresh chestnut.
Palate
Powerful beginning with luscious aromas of orchard fruits going over to grapes from the port finish. Very pleasant soft and lingering finish.
