This fine rum blend made at the Bellevue Distillery (Le Moule, Guadeloupe) carefully combines agricole and molasses rums aged for a minimum of four years in recharred Boubon barrels.
A perfect harmony which unveals the terroir of Guadeloupe, historically kinked to these two philosophies now reunited.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Pepper, roasting, light wood, fresh cane, dried fruits, citrus fruits.
Palate: Gourmet mouth, spiced hints (pepper, cinamon). Slighlty toasted, Sandal wood. Mentholated fresh cane, dried fruits and citrus fruits.
