SINGLE BARREL SELECTION
S.B.S Cuba 2013 comes from a single cask, which yielded 257 bottles. It is a molasses based rum, which is distilled in Cuba in 2013 and bottled in Denmark in March 2019. S.B.S Cuba 2013 matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel and received a second maturation in a Pedro Ximinez barrel.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Very balanced. A mixture of nuts, vanilla and chocolate raisins. A lush fruityness is coming through after
some time reminding of red fruit jelly.
Palate: Beautiful PX influence with flavors of dark, juicy plums and musty oak. Followed by a slightly bitter and
dry fnish.
