S.B.S Guyana 2003 comes from a single cask, which yielded 258 bottles. It is a molasses based rum, which was distilled at DDL in Barbados in 2008 and bottled in Denmark in February 2020. The high ABV underlines the bold flavor profile with aromas of cherry pie, roasted coffee, dusty wood and diesel.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet notes of dark fruits. Warm cherry pie and hints of light roasted coffee.
Palate: Dark and broody on the palate with notes of dusty wood and diesel. A spicy bite due to the high ABV paired with some sweetness lingering in the background.
