High Ester
S.B.S Jamaica 2014 is a single cask rum with an outcome of 384 bottles only. The rum is from a Jamaican distillery and is based on molasses. The rum has been distilled in a pot still in 2014 and was bottled in our warehouse in Denmark in August 2020. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel and received a finish in a Merlot wine cask. The rum was bottled at an ABV of 50% vol. As common practise for Single Barrel Selection rums, no chill filtration has been used.

Nose
A high ester bomb spreading juicy aromas of fermented tropical fruits with hints of cinamon. The rum has a subtle note of acetone and carries fresh green aromas
Palate
Dry and prickly on the tongue with notes of raspberry syrup and salted macadamia nuts.
