S.B.S Martinique 2019 is an aromatic, young rum based on molasses. This single cask yielded 210 bottles and was fully matured in an ex-PX sherry barrel.

S.B.S Martinique 2019 is a single cask rum with an outcome of 210 bottles only. The rum is from a distillery in Martinique and is based on molasses. The rum has been distilled in a column still in 2019 and was bottled in our warehouse in Denmark in August 2020. The rum has fully matured in a PX sherry barrel and was bottled at an ABV of 53% vol. As common practise for Single Barrel Selection rums, no chill filtration has been used. S.B.S Martinique 2019 is our first single barrel expression from Martinique.

Acetonic note in the beginning turning into red fruits and eventually leading to tart and leathery aromas.
A real aroma bomb with a slightly burnt and bitter caramel note, old leather and tobacco. The finish carries notes of ripe cherries and wood.
